DAGUPAN CITY, Jan 15 (PIA) — The Civil Service Commission (CSC) said individuals interested in taking the eligibility examinations should file early their applications.
Romulo Nabua of the CSC-Lingayen field office advised applicants not to wait until the final week of the filing period to submit their applications to avoid the onrush of applicants.
The pen and paper test for the professional and sub-professional levels will be on April 14, 2013 at the Dagupan City National High School.
Deadline of filing of applications is on February 28.
The applicants must also make sure to have complete requirements before filing to avoid delay. “Incomplete applications will not be processed,” he said during the Pantongtongan Tayo radio program of the Philippine Information Agency over DZMQ-Radyo ng Bayan on Tuesday.
Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years old on the date of application, a Filipino citizen, and must not have been previously convicted of any crime, must not have been discharged dishonourably from the military service, and must have not taken the same level of examination in less than three months.
Applicants are required to submit four copies of passport size picture, printed on high quality paper, with white background and a name tag with handwritten name with signature above it; any valid ID, original and photocopy.

Examination fee is P500.
Meanwhile, the CSC is conducting mobile processing of applications in San Fabian town on January 28 and in Alaminos City on February 12.
